MISSION

a. Realizing progressive and innovative BEM Polines Organizational governance.

  1. Building strong and harmonious personnel between functionaries both within the Ministry in particular and all BEM KBM Polines functionaries for the 2021/2022 period in general.
  2. Provide understanding to all functionaries regarding the Vision and Mission of BEM KBM Polines for the 2021/2022 period.
  3. Optimizing the performance of both quality and loyalty of functionaries and evaluation of BEM KBM Polines 2021/2022 from the recommendations of the previous year.
  4. Improving the achievement of all aspects and creating new things in BEM KBM Polines 2021/2022 such as research, publications, education, etc.

b. Optimizing collaboration between elements of KBM Polines with internal and external parties.

  1. Build synergistic and harmonious interaction and communication with all elements of Ormawa at KBM Polines.
  2. Strive to organize collaborative activities between Ormawa in KBM Polines.
  3. Improve communication and collaboration with external parties such as BEM Sera, BEM SI, FKMPI, Regional Organizations, and Extra Student Movement.

c. Accommodating students in developing their potential, interests, talents and creative ideas.

  1. Promote media for all Polines students to be creative, develop, and show their work.
  2. Encouraging Polines students to work and innovate by providing teaching, creating, and coaching Polines students.
  3. Provide a forum to increase students' academic potential through various ways, one of which is the student creativity program.
  4. Preparation of a database of achievements on a regular basis and disseminating the achievements of Polines students as a form of appreciation for students to make more achievements.

d. Increase the role and contribution in community service.

  1. Building awareness of the social life of Polines students to work together, and concern for natural disasters that occur in Indonesia.
  2. Increase the activity of Polines students in community service efforts.
  3. Promote social activities that are directly related to the community and are always responsive to disasters that are happening.

Synergy is a form of a process or interaction that produces a harmonious balance so that it can produce something optimal. Synergy in the Polines KBM has a great meaning in the effort to realize the vision, namely the effort to contribute and take real action for Polines and Indonesia.

In the organization required a solid work team. A solid team is a team that supports each other, especially under high pressure at work. With a solid team it will lead to good interpersonal cooperation and lead to mutual support in any situation.

Progressive/progressive/ /progressive/ a 1 towards progress; 2 leaning towards improving the current situation (about politics); 3 rising levels (about tax collection rules and so on).

The Vision contains the word progressive which means there is a great desire to move forward and continue to reform oneself for a better direction. There is a great desire to always develop both in terms of service to students, advocacy, conveying aspirations, and work programs. All movements carried out have a clear goal, namely for the advancement of Polines and Indonesia.

Synergy, Solid and Progressive is a desire to move together, in coordination, to move towards a common goal and produce progress for the Alma mater and Indonesia.

Therefore, Synergy KBM Polines A solid and progressive vision is a vision in which we as KBM Polines are able to move forward, together to fight for our ideals and goals for Polines and Indonesia.

Peacock Body

The peacock body is a symbol of KBM Polines which houses 5 majors. The gold color symbolizes the hope of a glorious period in carrying out the management mandate.
Wing


The 5 colors of the wings on the peacock are the 5 basic colors of each department at the Polines, a form of implementation that the BEM KBM Polines covers the 5 majors at the Polines.

ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE

MINISTRY OF JOB DESCRIPTION

A. MINISTER OF INTERNAL COORDINATOR

  1. Assist the Student President and Student Vice President in maintaining the stability of the ministries that are sheltered in BEM KBM
  2. Oversaw the Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of Human Resources and Ministry of Religion to coordinate with each other and run according to their duties and functions
  3. Make efforts to improve the performance of the ministry that is shaded.
  4. Provide advice/input/recommendations regarding the problems faced by the ministry that is shaded.
  5. Representing the Student President and Student Vice President in every coordination agenda with the institution as long as it is needed.
  6. Supervise and evaluate all ministerial functionaries under the auspices, both openly and privately.
  7. Recapitulating data on regulatory violations carried out by BEM functionaries at the ministries that are shaded and acting as law enforcers.
  8. Arranging and coordinating the schedule of fixed meetings in each ministry under the auspices of Presma and Wapresma.
  9. Providing technical support in making regulations for BEM KBM Polines.

B. MINISTER OF EXTERNAL COORDINATOR

  1. Assist the Student President and Student Vice President in maintaining the stability of the ministries that are sheltered in the BEM KBM Polines.
  2. Oversaw the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Social Affairs, Ministry of Social Politics and Ministry of Communications and Informatics to coordinate with each other and run according to their duties and functions.
  3. Make efforts to improve the performance of the ministry that is shaded.
  4. Provide advice/input/recommendations regarding the problems faced by the ministry that is shaded.
  5. Representing the Student President and Student Vice President in every coordination agenda with the institution as long as it is needed.
  6. Supervise and evaluate all ministerial functionaries under the auspices, both openly and privately.
  7. Recapitulating data on regulatory violations carried out by BEM functionaries at the ministries that are shaded and acting as law enforcers.

C. MINISTER OF STUDENT COORDINATOR

  2. Oversees the Ministry of Interests and Talents, the Ministry of Research and Reasoning, and the Ministry of Student Welfare to coordinate with each other and run according to their duties and functions.

  4. Provide advice/input/recommendations regarding the problems faced by the ministry that is shaded.
  5. Representing the Student President and Student Vice President in every coordination agenda with the institution as long as it is needed.
  6. Supervise and evaluate all ministerial functionaries under the auspices, both openly and privately.
  7. Recapitulating data on regulatory violations carried out by BEM functionaries at the ministries that are shaded and acting as law enforcers.

D. MINISTER OF SECRETARY

  • Fully responsible for BEM's internal secretariat
    • Making notification of activity reports, compiling decision letters, outgoing letters, and all letters/files in any form needed.
    • Record outgoing mail, archive incoming mail, and archive all forms of important files.
    • Prepare proposals, LPK and LPJ and all required files.
  • Coordinate, develop and manage secretarial affairs HMJ and UKM
    • Responsible for archiving notification of activity reports, and all forms of files needed in optimizing student activity services.
    • Provide guidance and seek to increase the capability of HMJ and UKM secretarial activities.
    • Establish rules and systems regarding the secretariat of HMJ and SMEs.

E. MINISTER OF FINANCE

  • Fully responsible for the management and financial arrangement of BEM
    • Create, plan and manage budget funds in the activities or activities carried out by BEM which include distribution, income, and expenditure.
    • Periodically report once a month financial statements with the procedures set to the Student President.
    • Manage and withdraw cash from each functionary.
    • Authorized to take technical actions related to financial problems that exist in activities or activities carried out by BEM with the consideration of the Student President.
    • Strive for BEM's financial income through creative economic activities.
  • Coordinate, foster and manage the financial affairs of HMJ and UKM
    • Supervise, control and correct the finances of HMJ and SMEs.
    • Disburse Ormawa funds to Ormawa related to coordination with BPM.

F. MINISTER OF INTERNATIONAL AFFAIRS

  • Responsible for Service to Ormawa and Students
    • Has full power over the one get service system and SIPERA which is directly related to the institution.
    • Carry out place-loan services and arrange place-loans as well as possible.
    • Carry out the function as a bridge and synergize all Ormawa in Polines
    • Establish all the rules needed to maintain the stability of the teaching and learning process.
    • Conducting HMJ visits to absorb aspirations and communicate all Ormawa activities as well as maintain the stability of teaching and learning activities, at least once every three months.
    • Responsible for bureaucratic socialization.
  • Coordinate the sustainability of the Ormawa work agenda/programs
    • Supervise, and periodically evaluate the performance of HMJ, by conducting direct checks at the relevant Ormawa and any required approaches.
    • Supervise, and evaluate the performance of SMEs (coordinate with the ministry that oversees the SMEs).
  • Responsible for office inventory and coordinating office cleanliness
    • Make a weekly picket schedule for the BEM office.
    • Maintain and create BEM office inventory data

G. MINISTER OF PSDM

  • Responsible for loyalty, solidarity in order to achieve harmony and synergy within BEM
    • Assist the coordinating minister in conducting research on the 2021/2022 BEM management.
    • Conducting observations and coaching to improve the capability of BEM functionaries for the effectiveness of BEM's work.
    • Coordinate with other ministries to conduct training of BEM functionaries.
  • Responsible for the regeneration and recommendation of BEM Functionaries for the next period
    • Responsible for the implementation and formation as well as prospective BEM functionaries.
    • Develop a curriculum for training prospective BEM functionaries.
    • Create a mechanism for assessing prospective BEM functionaries.
  • Coordinate and manage HRD affairs at HMJ and UKM
    • Responsible for the capability, solidarity, loyalty of SME and HMJ functionaries through PSDM in the concerned Ormawa.
    • Perform routine coordination at least once every two months with the Head of Department/Head of Division/Head of PSDM HMJ and UKM to control functions.
    • Develop minimum curriculum guidelines for PENDAS, BASIC LKMM & MADYA LKMM based on the curriculum from the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education and make standardization of regeneration for HMJ and UKM.
    • Conduct strategic training activities to improve the capability of HMJ and SME functionaries.
    • Provide recommendations to HMJ and SMEs in the field of HR development.
  • Responsible for improving aspects of organizational skills, leadership, communication, creativity for students.
    • Implement Intermediate LKMM and strive for Advanced LKMM.

H. MINISTER OF RELIGION

    • Formulation, determination, and implementation of policies in the field of religion within the scope of BEM and KBM Polines.
    • Overseeing the implementation of the "Student Spiritual Improvement (PESIMA)" program organized by the institution so that it can be carried out optimally.
    • Maintain harmonious relations and tolerance among religious communities in Polines.
    • Maintain coordination with the shelter community (Response).
    • Organizing monthly coordination with UKM in the Religious Sector and/or in the Religious Sector in the Student Association of Departments at Polines.

I. MINISTER OF COMMUNITY SOCIAL

  • Coordinate and provide advice and input as well as recommendations to KBM on horizontal movements.
    • Overseeing UKM Menwa, UKM Racana Pandawa, and UKM KSR as UKM under the auspices of the ministry of social society.
    • Provide advice and input on Community Service activities of KBM Polines, especially HMJ.
    • As a facilitator for Polines students to contribute to community social activities.
  • Coordinate and provide advice and input as well as recommendations to KBM on horizontal movements.
  • Collaborating with humanitarian or community service stakeholders.
  • Strive for Polines as a disaster response campus by involving UKM, HMJ and OKM under the auspices.
  • Coordinate with all elements in the Polines to foster and develop the KBM Polines assisted villages.
  • Coordinate and participate in the National Social Community Forum.
  • Making propaganda on environmental issues during the management period.

J. MINISTER OF SOCIAL POLITICS

  • Revitalize and carry out consolidation efforts related to external discourse.
    • Participate and network with BEM SI and BEM SERA.
    • Overseeing socio-political issues covering community and student affairs at the local to national level.
    • Make research-based studies and data as the basis for addressing an issue.
    • Instilling awareness of intellectual literacy culture in order to educate and provide insight about democracy to Polynes students.
    • Organizing social-related activities to make it easier for the public to understand the results of socio-political studies and to raise critical awareness of local and public policy responses.
    • Making construction and coordinating actions in every internal element of the campus.
  • Improving the implementation of the Women's Forum
    • Educate students related to women's topics.
    • Provide the latest information related to women's forums.
  • Encouraging the guarantee of freedom of opinion and expression.
  • Involve voice or student participation in network involvement to the fullest.
  • Coordinate with the Ministry of Human Resources in encouraging PSDM to form regeneration schools for movement.

K. MINISTER OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS

  • Build a relationship with Collaborator.
    • Coordinate, create opportunities and participate in FKMPI and FLH.
    • Coordinate, supervise, and create opportunities with external organizations, Regional Student Organizations and conduct routine coordination at least once every two months for Workshops with the heads of regional student organizations or representatives of these organizations.
  • Coordinate and supervise the movement of external organizations (HMII, PMII, KAMMI, KMNU, IMM, GMBI, etc.) so as not to deviate from the existing rules together with the Student President, Ministry of Social Politics, Ormawa, and HMJ.
  • To become a driving force for Regional Student Organizations in building the good image of Polines.
  • Oversee and coordinate all the affairs of the Polines FKMPI Team and as an external spokesperson for the representation of the KBM Polines BEM.
  • Build and maintain the good image of Polines.
    • Increase the reputation of Polines in communication forums.
    • Conducting outreach about Polines to SMA/SMK/MA equivalent students through ORDA and FKMPI.
    • Establish communication and create opportunities with non-binding agencies and institutions outside the campus.

L. MINISTER OF COMMINFORMATION

  • Responsible for BEM's social media accounts.
  • As a forum, distributor, and share aspirations and information related to all information on the activities of the Polines Student Executive Board which is expected to create good communication between the campus, students and the community.
  • Supervise social media that has been attached to KBM Polines.
  • Independent in publishing various events and phenomena that occur inside and outside the campus.
  • Cooperating with External Media in delivering information/news.
  • Become a database center for all information by collaborating with the Ministry of Secretariat.

M. MINISTER OF COMMINFORMATION

  • Synergy of interest in talent circle between UKM and HMJ.
    • Provide assistance and become a coordinator related to activities involving interest and talent Ormawa.
    • To mediate and provide solutions in solving problems that arise in Ormawa's interests and talents.
    • Become a partner of student organizations in the fields of interests and talents in conducting competitions, selections, and agendas at the Polines level.
  • Carry out strategies and develop plans for improving the achievement of Polines students in talent interests.
    • Develop a plan to increase the achievement of Polines Students in interests and talents.
    • Supervise outstanding students in the fields of interest and talent in obtaining appreciation for achievements at the institution.

N. MINISTER OF RESEARCH AND REASONING

  • Overseeing HMJ and UKM in the field of reasoning and/or science.
  • Actively participate in developing a culture of scientific thinking for all Semarang State Polytechnic students with various media (audience and literacy).
  • Take an active role in increasing the achievement of Polines students at the polytechnic, national, and international levels.
  • Provide support for improving the writing culture and creativity of students by providing information on competitions, and specifically socializing competitions held by the government, especially PKM and PHBD.
  • Looking for scholarship info, both scholarships from internal campuses and scholarships from external campuses to be forwarded to Polynes Students.
  • Scientific data facilitator to support and improve the culture of achievement in the Polines environment.
  • Active in updating the Polines Student achievement database.

O. MINISTER OF STUDENT WELFARE

  • Optimizing the absorption of student aspirations
    • Supervise issues and policies issued by the campus bureaucracy.
    • Conducting advocacy related to the aspirations of Polines students towards campus bureaucratic policies.
    • Provide assistance that aims to help students who experience academic and financial difficulties.
    • Establish coordination and good relations with the necessary parties related to student welfare.
  • Become a facilitator to accommodate Polines students who have an interest in the world of Entrepreneurship.
    • Accommodating students in developing their business through social media.
    • Provide shelter to students who have an interest in the world of Entrepreneurship.
    • Coordinate and oversee SMEs engaged in the field of entrepreneurship.
